About Me

My photo
JC
It is hard to believe that I am entering my 14th year of homeschooling. Although one or both of our sons have been enrolled in formal school setting the vast majority of their education has been homeschool based. There have been many challenges during our journey. Both sons have numerous medical challenges and physical limitations which required accommodations and adaptations. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are incorporated into every school day. We are nearing the end of our homeschool journey as our sons prepare to enter adulthood and career plans. Our focus moves towards learning about post secondary education and training. Support from family, friends and homeschool support groups over the years have been key to our success. We are so thankful for those who have been supportive and encouraging. Homeschooling can not be successful in isolation ~ a whole community is truly required!
